Here is my morning routine – for almost a year now I’ve been eating this mixed muesli almost every day (except when I’m on the go):
- oatmeal
- Spelled flakes
- Goji berries
- Chia seeds
- Whole and crushed flax seeds
- Some nuts
PREPARATION
The NIGHT BEFORE I soak the mixture in water so that it can swell overnight.
On MORNING I add boiled apple (suggested by an Ayurveda doctor) and half a banana, 2 spoons of plain yogurt,
To strengthen the immune system, I add a little cinnamon (hormones), maca powder and turmeric powder (against infections in the body), mixed with a little linseed oil, you need it to be able to absorb the 3 ingredients at all.
I developed the recipe with my naturopath.
In my family it has already been taken over by some.
CONCLUSION:
Since I eat it, I am not hungry at all until noon or beyond, and I have not been sick anymore.
